At MDLA Medallion, every order is handled with care. We’re not a massive warehouse — we’re a growing brand, and every package is hand-packed by our team Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on a business day may ship out the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing during busier times.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Estimated delivery for domestic orders: 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International orders are welcome. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing, but generally range from 7–21 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our hands to yours.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, customs, or high seasonal volumes.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot replace or refund packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refund & Replacement Policy

At MDLA Medallion, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our website, you agree to the following terms:

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Product Replacements

In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, customers may be eligible for a one-time replacement subject to the following conditions:

  1. Reporting Window – The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.

  2. Proof of Damage – Customers must email clear photo evidence of the damaged item to support@mdlamedallion.com.

  3. Ownership of Product – Customers are not required to return the damaged product; however, proof of damage is mandatory for replacement approval.

  4. Approval – Upon verification of the claim, MDLA Medallion will issue a replacement for the same product. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable substitute at our discretion.

Discount on Future Purchases

As a courtesy, customers with approved damage claims will also receive a 15% discount code for their next purchase. This code is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions.

Exclusions

Replacements will not be granted for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sizing issues or fit preferences

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Final Terms

MDLA Medallion reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement requests at its sole discretion. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
